With the number of bookings and enquiries we have for we thought it would be a good idea to let you know how our booking system works.
A deposit is required at the time of your booking. This can be paid via our website or bank transfer (this comes off the total cost of your appointment).
If your deposit (or receipt of deposit) hasn’t been received within 24 hours, your booking will be released to clients waiting for appointments.
At least 48 hours notice is required should you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
Late arrival may result in a shorter appointment to prevent clients after you being inconvenienced.
